In Taishou Era Tokyo, the Imperial Combat Revue stands at the ready to defend against supernatural forces that threaten the city, all while maintaining their cover as a theater troupe. Their captain Seijuro Kamiyama returns from Europe one day with a young Russian girl named Klara, and leaves her under the Flower Division's care. When Moscow Combat Revue targets Klara, it's up to the Flower Division to protect her and discover the real reason behind the attacks. A new battle between Japan and Russia is about to unfold...
